About The Role

As Business Development Director, you will lead Sensi’s partnerships strategy and execution.

Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, this role is key in transforming Sensi’s vision into tangible market specific expansion plans through revenue-generating partnerships, identification of new business opportunities, and staying connected to Sensi’s existing clientele. 


  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with industry leaders, strategic partners and Sensi’s clientele.
  • Develop, maintain and execute a strategic partnership and expansion work plan.
  • Develop systems and procedures in support of the identification, engagement and development of strategic partnerships.
  • Develop measurable success metrics for the strategic partnership work plan.   
  • Lead the team's engagement with strategic partners and serve as the intersection between Sensi’s partners and Sensi’s leadership team.
  • Analyze and stay ahead of industry trends and market needs to identify expansion and collaboration opportunities, market gaps, and funding models. 
  • Promote Sensi’s product and business initiatives to new audiences and partners.
  • Develop and manage all aspects of strategic partnership activities inclusive of legal, reporting and financial tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives and achieve alignment on strategic partnerships. 
  • Regularly meet existing clients to get feedback and insight on Sensi’s services. 


  • +10 years of experience in strategic partnerships and sales and business development.
  • Proven experience developing and executing strategic partnership work plans.
  • Experience in working with in-home care and long-term care providers.
  • Experience in working with government, federal and state insurance policy and payment structures
  • Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships that have led to increased revenue. 
  • Demonstrated success expanding and cultivated existing partnerships over time.
  • Experience working as part of a management team and leading organizational strategy, negotiating and working with high level executives.
  • Strong analytical skills (financial, planning, operational)
  • Hands-on approach with drive to solve problems and get things done.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills.
  • Experience in the health-care industry or a related field is a plus. 
  • Able to travel to both domestic and international locations.
