About The Role

We’re looking for a flexible, creative  and versatile marketer to join our team, and help us lead our amazing growth even further.

As Sensi’s marketing manager, you will be working closely with our VP marketing in developing strategies and tactics to grow brand awareness and increase quality lead generation, tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, overseeing marketing spend and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.

Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to develop and execute both online and offline marketing strategies and tactics designed to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Perform ongoing research on market, competitor and target audience research.
  • Stay on top of industry events, speaking opportunities and sponsorships
  • Support company goals and strategy and implement them into marketing activities to increase website traffic and the number of inbound leads for the sales department.
  • Apply content marketing methods to generate awareness and engagement (preparation of monthly content plans nd briefs for the writers) 
  • Analyze results and databases to uncover marketing and sales opportunities.
  • Initiate and support the development  for ebooks,, blogs, infographics, email campaigns, social media posts and promotion campaigns. etc.
  • Support the monitoring, measurement and analysis of the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and escalate this information to the VP Marketing in order to optimize accordingly.
  • Initiate activities to support lead nurturing to increase lead-to-sale conversion. 
  • Continuously working to optimize efficiencies to make the department more effective and productive with a growing base of leads generated.
  • Develop and Implement a regular content generation schedule.
  • Initiate activities for post-sale customer nurturing, retention and growth.
  • Website maintenance
  • Social Media upkeep and overseeing campaign management 

Requirements:

  • At least two years’ experience as a marketing manager from a B2B product company.
  • Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Hands-on knowledge and experience in wordpress and a sense of design management. 
  • Knowledge in social media management (FB, LI, IG, Twitter) 
  • US oriented marketing experience – an advantage
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Exceptionally high standards, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and task prioritization abilities.
  • Must be a great communicator who can convey messages clearly and concisely.
  • Fluent English – verbal and written.
  • Excellent computer skills.
