About The Role

Sensi.Ai is looking for a superstar recruiter to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will independently handle and drive global recruitment for various positions across the company and for diverse roles from executive to tech positions. You will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, including sourcing, screening, full candidate management, and closing.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes and large-scale recruitment processes globally.
  • Develop strong and effective partnerships with senior leaders to identify talent strategies and improve processes.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Plan and initiate recruitment workflow (including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews).
  • Source and optimize recruiting sources using diverse online channels to attract the best potential talent.
  • Support HR operations and projects.

Requirements: 

  • At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment processes in an international setting.
  • Experience in recruitment in the area of software technology is a must, preferably at a start-up/scale-up.
  • Experience in active/direct search.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating a sense of urgency and results orientation.
  • Self-starter approach, able to multitask in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
  • Proven success building technical recruiting teams with direct hands-on experience mentoring and growing high-performing teams.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is a must.
