How does Sensi work?

Sensi is a unique in-home virtual care agent, complementing & optimizing your team’s performance during on-shift and off-shift hours. Upon implementation, the system starts by ‘learning’ and setting a baseline for each specific environment. Once set, Sensi is then automatically triggered by anomalies (positive & negative) within the environment, notifying you both during shift hours and off-shift hours on any events deleted, alongside severity level and top-level insights.  The anomaly can be many things: from an exceptional care moment, all the way to client distress, a suspected fall, and more.

Which security measures do you implement?

At Sensi, we uphold the strictest standards of data security. Sensi is both HIPAA and ISO-27001 Certified, and employs highest level security and data privacy practices. 

How do caregivers react to onboarding Sensi?

Sensi is a technical means aimed at supporting, assisting and empowering caregivers on the ground. It is not there to grade their performance, but rather to help them raise awareness of the agency to circumstances or occurrences that require extra support. Having a system in place that automatically alerts on detection of risk, enables to ensure the security and wellbeing of seniors and caregivers alike, as well as helping to ensure no harm is caused to their care recipient in their absence. But most of all, Sensi can help them shine within the agency, recognizing caregivers for a job well done and exceptional levels of care provided.

How accurate is the system?

Sensi has an optimized audio sentiment analysis model that is uniquely designed for care environments, thus achieving state-of-the-art accuracy of 85%-90% (compared with general, off-the-shelf models that achieve barely 60% accuracy). The Sensi technology is built to use machine learning to identify sentiment, independent of specific keywords, making in language agnostic.

What kind of setup is required for implementing Sensi?

Sensi is a plug & play system, which means that setup takes only a few minutes, all you need to do is place it at your desired location, plug it in, and you are good to go. Our customer success team accompanies you throughout the process on-site or remotely – whichever preferable by you.

Can I turn it off if I want?

Yes, of course. You can turn it off any time you like. However, there is no need to, as it is completely transparent, until an anomaly is detected.
