About the role:

Join Sensi as an Implementation Manager and be at the forefront of integrating innovative AI solutions into the care ecosystem. You’ll drive client onboarding, engagement, and success, ensuring our AI system delivers meaningful outcomes for seniors, their families, and care providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Present Sensi's product, benefits, and value proposition to users and families in their homes.
  • Provide expert training to client teams to enable effective product usage and engagement.
  • Lead on-site training and installations, ensuring seamless system setup and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with B2B clients and referral partners, including hospitals, independent living communities, and government agencies.
  • Gather and address client feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, offering actionable insights to refine product strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in relationship management, sales, or training.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse client portfolio.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify and convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Energetic and adaptable, with a high level of independence.
  • Experience in healthcare or home care industries is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60%).
