About the Role
We are searching for a VP of Product, a visionary leader who combines strategic foresight with technical acumen to drive innovation and deliver exceptional products that meet the needs of our customer and to join our dynamic team.You will be responsible for driving the overall B2B2C product strategy, execution, and optimization our capabilities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is customer-obsessed, data-driven and tech-savvy professional with a passion for product development, leadership, and AI-driven solutions. The role is open to candidates from Israel, Austin (Texas), or Palo Alto (California) and requires flexibility for travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap Planning - Drive roadmap planning, KPIs and execution for new and existing services that help meet customer demands and revenue goals
- Strategic Leadership: Play a key role in the executive team that shapes the company's vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving long-term growth and success
- Team Leadership - Lead and mentor a team of product managers, designers, and analysts, while fostering a diverse and inclusive environment and empower our customers through their digital transformation. Experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing top talent, as well as fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Market Engagement - Gather and use insights from customers, partners, and the advisory board for product planning.
Requirements
- Visionary Strategist: 7+ years of product management leadership experience with a passion for developing solutions and bringing fresh ideas to the table. Proven ability to drive innovation and align product strategies with business objectives,in a growth stage the company in product-market-fit.
- Inspirational Leader: Ability to lead and inspire teams, set a clear vision, and drive results in a dynamic environment, while demonstrating a strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity. Leadership experience across at least 3 companies, including startups. Skilled in recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent in dynamic environments.
- Customer-Centric Innovator: Passionate about understanding customer needs and creating exceptional user experiences. Bring ability to translate customer insights into actionable product strategies and features that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Outcome-Oriented Achiever: Demonstrates the ability to drive product adoption and provide strong support to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Obsessed with achieving measurable outcomes, with a comfort in using data and analytics for decision-making. Skilled in defining and tracking business metrics to measure success effectively.
- Collaborative Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and build strong relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with hardware projects.
- Expertise in AI-based products.
- Familiarity with serving low-tech SMB customers.
- Background in age-tech startup environments.
