We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Product to join our dynamic team. This leader will be tech-savvy, data-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills. The role demands creativity, a customer-obsessed mindset, and flexibility for travel. With a strong background in product management, technology leadership, and customer support, this individual will be responsible for driving the overall strategy, execution, and optimization of capabilities across the company. Candidates from Israel, Austin (Texas), and Palo Alto (California) are all welcome to apply, as there is currently no preference for a specific location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Planning - Drive roadmap planning, KPIs and execution for new and existing services that help meet customer demands and revenue goals
  • Strategic Leadership: Play a key role in the executive team that shapes the company's vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving long-term growth and success
  • Team Leadership - Lead and mentor a team of product managers, designers, and analysts, while fostering a diverse and inclusive environment and empower our customers through their digital transformation.
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing top talent, as well as fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Market Engagement - Gather and use insights from customers, partners, and the advisory board for product planning.

Requirements

  • Outcomes - Define and track business metrics to measure success while promoting product adoption and support both internally and externally.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, technology leadership, or related roles, with a history of driving innovation and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of leadership roles with at least 3 different companies, including 2 startups in their early stages.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams, set a clear vision, and drive results in a dynamic environment, while demonstrating a strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for developing solutions and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences, with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable product strategies and features that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and build strong relationships.
  • Focused on driving business impact and achieving measurable outcomes, with a comfort in using data and analytics for decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet business and project needs.

  • Experience with hardware projects.
  • Experience in AI based products.
  • Experience with low-tech SMBs as customers.
  • Experience with age-tech startup companies.
