About the role:

As Sensi’s Clinical Advisor, you will lead the post-sales life cycle and engage, retain, and drive our customer adoption and engagement. As an advocate for each customer, you will build relationships, drive product adoption, and empower teams to fulfill their business goals.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration and optimal utilization of our innovative AI system. Leveraging your clinical expertise, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, contributing valuable insights to facilitate the integration of product features and functionality. Your ability to present complex analytical information in an easily translatable and compelling way will be crucial in demonstrating the benefits of our technology and its positive impact on health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete routine implementation training with customers post software launch 
  • Act as a bridge between the clinical and technical aspects of our AI system by communicating insights, recommendations, and best practices to customers
  • Support clinical and non-clinical teams in data interpretation and utilization
  • Create compelling case studies and reports showcasing product impact on customer workflows and care and business outcomes
  • Present data and analytical information in a visually appealing and easily understandable format
  • Utilize your clinical expertise to collaborate with internal and external teams on the integration of product features and functionality
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide feedback and insights via high-touch relationships into core product and marketing processes
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Identify business opportunities with customers to improve engagement and adoption
  • Be a trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality


Requirements

  • 3+ years of clinical experience with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field (e.g., Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work) 
  • Multi-tasking – the ability to manage different accounts at different stages in the life cycle
  • Superb written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to health outcomes and product usage
  • Experience at a B2B SaaS company or experience in high-touch customer-facing positions is an asset
